Fluid Powder Mixing is one of the most common operation in pharmaceutical industries, and our Hydro Powder System is a unique solution.
Introducing Multifunctional Equipment for Fluid Powder Mixing, born from the skillful blend of expertise of Pharma Hub, Officine Galesso and CSV Containment. Operating on the Venturi principle, it uses liquid as motor fluid, to perform and facilitate the powder transfer.
The process of powder intake is a seamless interplay of vacuum and motor fluid, ensuring the powder is smoothly dissolved into the circulation liquid.
Efficiency and Versatility in One Design.
A robust pump propels the fluid to the Venturi device. This setup is adaptable, catering to various process requirements, whether it’s recirculation, direct transfer to the user point, or a mix of both, depending on the powder-to-liquid ratio. Our fluid Powder Mixing System is perfect for shear-sensitive products/materials, and its natural cooling effect during the process ensures product integrity.
The hopper bottom design is projected for better material handling. It efficiently collects and channels dust to the suction area at the suction point; a rotary scraper, which can be configured as a lump breaker, effectively handles agglomerated materials.
Innovative Hopper Bottom Design for Enhanced Material Handling.
Moreover, the hopper, can be equipped with either a glove box or a dust-free chamber, ensuring safer (HAPI) and cleaner operations in line with GMP standards. Additionally, the chamber, born from the CSV Containment expertise in the world of powder handling, the hopper, along with the buffer tank (made by Officine Galesso), incorporates Cleaning In Place (CIP) systems, fully complying with GMP cleaning and validation standards.
Optimal Buffer System for Perfect Mixing Results.
The buffer system is ingeniously designed to:
- Ensure the right quantity of liquid
- Serve as a recirculation tank to achieve the desired dilution ratio
- Together with the properly designed piping, to transfer the prepared solution, with the predefined quantity, to different user points
Advanced Control for Precision and Safety.
A control system (ATEX rated and CFR21 Part 11 compliant upon request) is handling automated process cycles with:
- configurable parameters
- flow rate control
- timers
- quantity and recipes management
